100% recyclable plastic material – BOPE

At present, the packaging bags used in human life are generally laminated packaging. For example, the common flex packaging bags are BOPP printing film composite CPP aluminized film, laundry powder packaging, and BOPA printing film laminated with blown PE film. Although the laminated film has better mechanical properties and a wider range of applications, the multilayer film needs to be closely bonded together in the production process, which is difficult to separate, so even if recycled, it cannot be reused. This is not conducive to the promotion of environmental protection, nor does it conform to the development of green economy.

In order to solve this problem and realize the recycling of laminated film, the new material BOPE film has entered people’s vision. BOPE film, that is, biaxially stretched polyethylene film, is a kind of high-performance film material formed by the flat film method biaxially stretched process using polyethylene resin with special molecular structure as the raw material. It can replace BOPA and PE composite, so that the whole composite is made of PE material, which can be fully recycled and recycled, and 100% recyclable.

In terms of mechanism, the development of BOPE special material is a kind of high-performance film produced by taking the molecular structure of polyethylene raw material as the guide and combining with advanced double-drawing processing technology.

This film has the advantages of puncture resistance, tensile property, transparency, etc. Its puncture resistance is 2-5 times of that of ordinary PE composite film, and its tensile strength is 2-8 times of that of current blown film. Because BOPE adopts the flat film method biaxial stretching process, the film thickness is more uniform after film forming, which can better meet the needs of modern printing. BOPE can withstand the low temperature of minus 18 ℃, and can significantly reduce the rate of package breaking during transportation and display, which makes it have a large development space in the refrigeration industry.

The advent and application of BOPE film is conducive to the recycling and reuse of resources, thus saving oil resources, and realizing the coordinated and green development of economy, society, resources and environment in resource-based cities. It can be said that BOPE, as a new base material, has broad development prospects and huge potentiality.
